About
Jacqueline Andrade is a founding partner at Andrade Auld Law and a dedicated immigration attorney whose work is deeply informed by her personal and professional journey. As the daughter of immigrants from Mexico and a proud Central Valley native, Jacqueline brings a unique blend of empathy, grit, and determination to her practice. She understands the hopes and challenges immigrant families face because she’s lived them—and now she channels that understanding into powerful legal advocacy.
Before co-founding Andrade Auld Law, Jacqueline gained valuable experience at Sweeney Law Inc., where she provided legal counsel, conducted detailed research, and prepared case materials. Her time there deepened her knowledge of immigration law and sharpened her ability to deliver strong, results-driven representation.
At Andrade Auld Law, Jacqueline manages the majority of the firm’s USCIS cases, including family-based petitions, U Visas, VAWA applications, consular processing, waivers, and other complex immigration matters. She has helped numerous clients obtain lawful permanent residency and U.S. citizenship, earning a reputation for her strategic approach and her ability to build meaningful connections with both clients and USCIS officers.
Jacqueline earned her Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Fresno Pacific University. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is a strong advocate for the immigrant community and remains committed to serving the Central Valley with compassion, integrity, and legal excellence.
