Meet Our Fresno Immigration Team
Attorney Jacqueline Andrade
Jacqueline Andrade is a founding partner at Andrade Auld Law and a dedicated immigration attorney whose work is deeply informed by her personal and professional journey. As the daughter of immigrants from Mexico and a proud Central Valley native, Jacqueline brings a unique blend of empathy, grit, and determination to her practice. She understands the hopes and challenges immigrant families face because she’s lived them—and now she channels that understanding into powerful legal advocacy.
Before co-founding Andrade Auld Law, Jacqueline gained valuable experience at Sweeney Law Inc., where she provided legal counsel, conducted detailed research, and prepared case materials. Her time there deepened her knowledge of immigration law and sharpened her ability to deliver strong, results-driven representation.
At Andrade Auld Law, Jacqueline manages the majority of the firm’s USCIS cases, including family-based petitions, U Visas, VAWA applications, consular processing, waivers, and other complex immigration matters. She has helped numerous clients obtain lawful permanent residency and U.S. citizenship, earning a reputation for her strategic approach and her ability to build meaningful connections with both clients and USCIS officers.
Jacqueline earned her Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Fresno Pacific University. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is a strong advocate for the immigrant community and remains committed to serving the Central Valley with compassion, integrity, and legal excellence.
Attorney Jennifer Auld
Tatevik Jennifer Auld is a dedicated and compassionate attorney committed to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law. Her diverse legal background includes cases involving juvenile dependency, workers’ compensation defense, and estate planning.
Jennifer brings a well-rounded perspective to her immigration practice. Her career is built on the core tenets of service, compassion, and integrity—values that guide her approach to every client and case. Her work is especially personal: after the collapse of the Soviet Union, Jennifer’s father brought their young family to the United States in search of a better life. That experience shaped her deep understanding of the immigrant journey and fuels her commitment to helping others pursue opportunity and stability in a new country.
Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor with distinction from San Joaquin College of Law, holds an MBA from Fresno State, and received her B.A. in Criminology, Law, and Society from UC Irvine. She has represented government agencies and private clients alike and is known for her tenacity, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to advocacy.
Outside the office, Jennifer is passionate about giving back to her community. She is an active member of PINC (Philanthropy Inspired by the Needs of our Community), an all-women’s charitable organization, and has proudly served as Secretary and Treasurer. She also loves volunteering, connecting with others, and positively impacting people wherever possible.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys hiking, exploring photography as a new hobby, and winding down with a good glass of wine shared with friends and family. She shares her home with two beloved pets—Monte, her dog, and Nemo, her cat—who keep life fun and full of love.
